Personal Data Processing
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of their reservation be incorporated into a file owned by Hotel Casa Romana S.L., hereinafter referred to as the company, with B90174236 and registered office at Trajano 15 – 41002, for the management of the reservation system, the processing of their request, the control and management of the relationship with web users who process reservations, as well as the conduct of statistical studies of users registered on the said website to allow for improvements in the services provided. All fields marked as mandatory on the forms must be filled in to correctly process your requests. The personal data provided will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents that the banking data provided can be used to attend to possible penalties in case of cancellations or no-shows set in the rate conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily involves the aforementioned processing, so the process cannot be carried out if there is opposition to it. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition as indicated below.
Data Accuracy
The user will, in any case, be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, reserving the company the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed in law. Likewise, the user must be duly authorized to provide data from third parties. Only if he/she has the consent of the future hotel guests, the user may enter their names and surnames in the room distribution section. Such information, which will allow the chosen Hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional, and therefore, its submission by the user implies, under his/her exclusive responsibility, the assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy beforehand.
Data Processing in Navigation
In compliance with the obligation provided for in Art. 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, you are informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a fragment of text information that websites transfer to the hard disk of the computers connected to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard disk when the session ends. We also use cookies to collect anonymous and aggregate statistics that allow us to analyze the way users use our website, in order to improve it. Only the following information about our website's visitors is obtained and retained:
- a) The domain name of the provider (ISP) and/or IP address that gives them access to the network. For example, a user of the provider xxx will only be identified with the domain xxx.es and/or the IP address. This way, we can compile statistics on the countries and servers that most frequently visit our web.
- b) The date and time of access to our website. This allows us to determine the busiest times, and make the necessary adjustments to avoid saturation problems during our peak hours.
- c) The internet address from which the link to our website originated. Thanks to this data, we can determine the effectiveness of different banners and links pointing to our server, in order to enhance those that offer better results.
- d) The number of daily visitors to each section. This allows us to know the most successful areas and increase and improve their content, so that users achieve a more satisfactory result.
This will allow us to obtain the following information:
- a) The date and time of the last time the user visited our website.
- b) The content design chosen by the user during their visit to our website.
- c) Security elements involved in access control to restricted areas.
Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in accordance with Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the aforementioned data will be incorporated into a personal data file of the company for the purposes detailed above, and the user may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition as indicated below.
We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows us to publish on Google Adwords Content Network (more details about the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404190) ads based on previous visits of users to our website. For this, some of the pages of our website include a code called "remarketing tag". These tags allow reading and setting up the cookies on your browser to determine the type of ad that will be shown to the user, based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as the navigation path chosen, the specific pages visited, or the actions carried out on them. The remarketing lists thus created are saved in a database on Google's servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or category of interests are stored. Regarding the company, this information can only be associated with a specific user in case such user is identified on the website, for example, by having completed a reservation process. In this case, the data thus obtained will be communicated to the company for the purposes of commercial prospecting and segmentation of the website users to design commercial campaigns according to the interests shown during browsing, incorporating the data into a file of said entity for the mentioned purposes. To oppose the processing and communication indicated above, the user has the option to disable cookies, as indicated below:

If the user wishes to receive information about promotions from the company, they may authorize the transfer of their data for such purposes simply by accepting these Reservation Conditions. If, on the other hand, they do not wish to receive information about this, they should expressly actuate the exclusion box. Only when there is consent for this, the personal data necessary for the communication will be transferred to Paraty Hoteles S.L and will be used to keep you informed, either by email or by any other means, of news, products, and services related to the company and Paraty S.L. From this moment you are informed that, if it is your will, your personal data will be incorporated into a file with personal data for which the company is responsible, and the user may access, cancel, rectify their data or oppose their processing by writing to the company as indicated below.
Rights
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition can be exercised by writing accompanied by a copy of your ID to the person responsible for the file corresponding to the address indicated below:

Hotel Responsibility
Access to the page does not imply in any case the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company. The portal only provides information about the vacant hotel spaces at the time of requesting the mentioned information, therefore, if you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel.
The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the client of all and each of the general conditions set forth herein.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
- 1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
- 2) That the data provided when making the online reservation are true, complete, and concise.
- 3) Only those pages that appear within the site map are included on the website.
- 4) That access to this website is the user's responsibility.
- 5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it has been formalized will be filed, and you may access it at any time.
- 6) That you confirm the reservation made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, number of people, and the chosen Hotel.
- 7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions included expressly on the page where you make the reservation.
- 8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility of reserving rooms of the chosen hotel through its website, but it does not offer any kind of hotel provision under its responsibility.
- 9) That your card data are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment for it will be made in cash at the chosen Hotel, and only in the case of cancellations or non-appearances (no shows), the reservation will be canceled, and the charge set in the rate conditions will be made.
- 10) Offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT.
The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any service not specified as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc...
Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms can be used from 2 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 PM on the day of departure.
Passports and Visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry their correct personal and family documentation, whether it is a passport or ID, according to current legislation. It will be their responsibility to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required by the trips. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. If a visa grant is refused by any authority for reasons particular to the user, or entry into the country is denied due to lack of required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying it, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for such events, being at the consumer's expense any cost that may arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
