The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel. The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies adherence and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

1) Being of legal age and having full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the web page.
2) That the data provided when making the online reservation are true, complete, and concise.

9) That your credit card data is collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. The payment of it will be made effective in the chosen Hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be canceled and the charge set in the rate conditions will be made.
10) Offers will only be valid during the time they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.

8. Prices

The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime selected, except for the hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any unspecified service, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc... Check-in (check-in) and check-out times, as a rule and unless expressly agreed otherwise with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

9. Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry their personal and family documentation in order, whether it is a passport or ID card, according to current legislation. It will be up to them to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when required by the trips. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that visas are denied by some Authority for individual reasons of the user, or their entry into the country is denied for lacking the requirements that are demanded, or due to a defect in the documentation required, or for not carrying it, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for such events, being at the consumer's expense any expense that may arise, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for the case of no-show.
